Neil is a Partner based in our Shanghai office. He has 16 years of consulting and two years of entrepreneurial experience, with focus on the healthcare & life sciences industry. 

Neil has extensive experience in delivering projects for biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, and large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises, as well as medical device companies. This includes strategies such as China market growth, product portfolio and new product launch, multichannel marketing, and innovative payment model design. 

Neil focuses on establishing end-to-end capabilities to address the full lifecycle of the healthcare & life sciences industry, as well as boosting collaboration with ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders to synergize resources and capabilities for clients.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, he worked for Kearney, IQVIA, and Deloitte Consulting, serving clients in China, Singapore, and Switzerland. 

In addition to his consulting experience, Neil was co-founder and CEO of a female fashion e-commerce brand beginning in 2009. The business was acquired by a well-established offline brand 20 months after its establishment.

Neil is married to Iris, and they have a son called Winston (born in 2016). In his free time, Neil is a starry sky photographer. He was one of the global 10 shortlisted photographers of the Sir Patrick Moore Prize For Best Newcomer in 2019, which is a yearly starry sky photography contest held by the Royal Observatory, Greenwich.
